I was out of town when he inspected my aging roof for wind damage and found a couple spots in need of immediate attention (with rain in the forecast). Instead of providing a quote and recommendation to schedule repairs which likely would have taken a week to complete, Spencer took it upon himself to make my roof water-tight that very day. They met with insurance adjusters and even pointed out things beyond my roof that led the adjusters to pay for issues beyond the roof.
