Elyon Roofing Solutions is made up of an incredible group of people with exceptional customer service! They asked me when I wanted them to replace my roof, they arrived for work early, met with insurance adjusters more than once & even had phone conversations with insurance company. They found fence damage which was outside the scope of their work -- but ultimately wanted to help me as much as possibly. Insurance paid. Integrity was another aspect of my experience, they gave me money back which I thought went toward the roof but went toward the fence. Shout out to Hector Jr, who helped me through the entire process from start to finish. Hector answered after hour & weekend texts and phone calls....he was always so nice and friendly.
